HDR is adding a Marketing Assistant to support the Federal Marketing Team. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who is eager to learn and contribute to proposal efforts in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Assistant will support proposal coordinators and proposal managers with research, content development, database maintenance, and a variety of proposal-related activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Support the development, coordination, preparation, and production of technical proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations, including SF-330, RFQ, and RFP submittals.
Assist with proposal-related research and the preliminary development of employee resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing content.
Maintain and update marketing databases, including employee resumes, project information, and photography.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing staff to gather information for proposals, qualifications packages, resumes, and project descriptions.
Draft and edit non-technical content and review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, spelling, and compliance with HDR brand standards.
Assist with pursuit qualification activities, including Go/No-Go decision support.
Provide general support to the Federal Marketing Team in pursuit planning and proposal development efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
Marketing, communications, proposal coordination, business development, or related experience.
Associate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing, proofreading, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Experience writing, editing, and coordinating professional business documents.
Experience supporting the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, or other marketing materials.
Experience maintaining databases containing resumes, project information, photography, or other marketing content.
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Experience working effectively with remote or geographically dispersed teams.
Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
