Description
Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled and entertaining atmosphere.
- Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture by providing superior guest service and building long-lasting guest relationships.
- Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts, including coaching, development, performance management, and day-to-day operational guidance.
- Select, train, develop, and mentor Player Development team members through education, coaching, ongoing feedback, and corrective action when appropriate.
- Set clear expectations for Casino Hosts and Executive Casino Hosts and monitor performance to ensure alignment with Player Development objectives and Bally's service standards.
- Oversee the overall execution of Player Development initiatives and strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase player club membership, guest loyalty, and casino revenue.
- Support Slot and Table Games marketing initiatives.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement player special events.
- Oversee host engagement with players to support relationship development, retention, and revenue-driving opportunities.
- Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed appropriately, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and achieving effective resolutions.
- Attend special events presented by the casino and provide leadership support for Player Development activities.
- Collaborate with other casino departments to support Player Development and overall property initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

- May require working varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear.
- Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to sit, stoop, bend, or crouch.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications
Experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required. (preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred. (preferred)
Minimum of three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years of experience in casino operations required. (preferred)
Minimum of three years of experience working with player-tracking systems required. (preferred)
Previous supervisory, leadership, or team development experience preferred. (preferred)
High-level public relations and customer service skills required. (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. (preferred)
Working knowledge of table games and slot machines required. (preferred)
Ability to effectively coach, motivate, and develop team members. (preferred)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, based on business needs. (preferred)
