Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Parts Counter Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

• Lead day-to-day counter workflows and act as the primary point of contact during operational peak hours.
• Train, coach, and onboard Level 1-3 representatives.
• Directly assist the Parts Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling support, and operational oversight.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues, vendor escalations, and critical shop parts fulfillment.
• Drive departmental quality, accuracy in cycle counts, and compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer minimum of eight (8) + years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, expert technical knowledge across all-makes parts, and mastery of all internal software systems.

The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
