Grow Your Earnings.We are seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Sales Representative with established relationships in the commercial construction market. If you have a proven track record selling commercial doors, frames, hardware, access control, or Division 8 products, we want to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow sales within an existing customer base.Build relationships with general contractors, facility managers, architects, and end users.Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages.Review plans, specifications, and door schedules.Manage opportunities from lead generation through project award.Collaborate with estimating, project management, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Qualifications5+ years of commercial door, frame, hardware, or access control sales experience.Existing industry relationships and a proven record of generating sales.Knowledge of Division 8 products and commercial construction processes.Ability to read plans and specifications.Strong communication and negotiation skills.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission.Opportunity to leverage and grow your existing book of business.Strong estimating, project management, and operational support.Vehicle allowance, benefits, and 401(k).Excellent growth potential with an established industry leader.If you're a successful commercial door and hardware salesperson looking for a company that values your relationships and rewards performance, we'd like to hear from you. In addition to the base wage listed, this position is further eligible to receive commission compensation for earned commissions related to sales of eligible Company products and/or services subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Commissions are based on a percentage of the transactions sold and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Commission Agreement.
