Position Summary

Basic Function:
Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to the Parker Service Center

Scope/Supervision:
Works closely supporting customer service and other department personnel, and on a limited basis customers, under the guidance of the Customer Service lead person and Office Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
* Order entry - Drill down
* Verify & proof kit order entry for accuracy
* Allocate customer orders daily
* Print, fax and distribute facility reports / customer reports
* Input inventory receivers
* Create bill of lading in customer portals
* Perform filing and labeling duties as assigned
* Sort, scan & File orders shipped daily
* Invoicing
* Print, proof, stamp and highlight allocated orders for kit production
* Process request for and distribute Priority orders with urgency
* Complete monthly Audit Trail for incomplete shipments and reciepts
* Collaborate with Divisions/Customers to resolve inbound and outbound discrepancies
* Performs additional general warehouse tasks as needed (not inventory control focused). These general warehouse tasks may include put away, pull, pack, ship pack/ship, material handling
* Performs part slotting to Standard Work, and supports re-slot projects/initiatives
* Performs All Inventory Counts - including cycle counts, variance confirmation counts, pulse counts, all stock checks

Qualifications

Requirements:
* High school graduate
* Previous experience with Mainframe system, Email and PC data entry
* Previous clerical support / receiving experience
* Excellent d telephone skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Must be detail orientated and produce a high-quality product
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
* Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Must convey a professional image with a positive attitude

Skills:
* Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric.
* Must be detail oriented.
* Strong keyboarding skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong customer orientation
* Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent editing skills/proofreading
* Warehouse experience and knowledge of receiving, picking, put away, cycle counting & physical inventory processes that impact Inventory Control performance.

* Pay Range: $18.37/hourly to $24.49/hourly
