We're seeking a technically focused Project Manager - Surveillance & Radar Systems to lead critical initiatives supporting FAA surveillance capabilities and NAS infrastructure. This role is ideal for a strong project leader with experience working with FAA Technical Operations, Airway Transportation Systems Specialists (ATSS), and mission-critical aviation systems. The ideal candidate brings experience with FAA Technical Operations (AJW) and the technical workforce responsible for maintaining the NAS. Preferred experience includes:
ATSS personnel are the technical specialists responsible for maintaining and sustaining critical NAS systems. Their qualifications are based on FAA technical training, facility certifications, and system-specific proficiency rather than external licenses such as an A&P. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
