Supplier Performance and Relationship Management Specialist The Opportunity: In this role, you'll support Booz Allen's enterprise Supplier Performance Management (SPM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks by executing structured supplier performance evaluations, coordinating governance activities, strengthening supplier relationships, and improving visibility into supplier health, risk, and delivery outcomes. You'll work closely with procurement managers, program managers (PMs), category teams, and other stakeholders to ensure supplier accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base. We need a specialist like you to support SPM operational cycles by identifying supplier populations aligned to segmentation criteria and contract lifecycle triggers. Your work will promote transparency, defensibility, and traceability throughout supplier performance monitoring and follow-up actions. You'll also support the management of strategic and business-critical supplier relationships. You'll use supplier performance data and stakeholder insights to coordinate and facilitate governance activities, including quarterly business reviews, performance discussions, and risk escalations. Your efforts contribute to an integrated supplier management operating model, linking SPM, SRM, segmentation, and risk management to strengthen supplier accountability, enable strategic supplier engagement, improve reliability, and support longterm value creation for Booz Allen.
