Job Duties Assemble small electronic automotive components according to production standards. Inspect parts for visible defects and ensure quality requirements are met. Hang parts for the painting process and remove finished parts as needed. Package completed products for shipment or the next stage of production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company procedures and quality guidelines. Assist with additional production tasks as assigned. Experience Requirements Entry-level position; no previous experience required. Manufacturing, assembly, inspection, packaging, or production experience is a plus. Ability to work with small electronic components and maintain quality standards. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to repeatedly lift and hang parts weighing approximately 5 lbs. Must be comfortable reaching overhead on a consistent basis.
