Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures Basic math and measurement skills preferred Manufacturing or technical training is a plus Experience Requirements Previous machine operator experience preferred CNC machine experience strongly preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, ratchets, wrenches, and measuring devices Quality inspection experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Excellent attendance and reliability required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow company procedures Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours per shift Ability to lift and move up to 35-40 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion Ability to work overtime, including weekdays and weekends as needed Must wear steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and appropriate work attire Job Duties Operate injection molding machines, CNC equipment, lathes, and other production machinery Set up and adjust equipment within assigned production area Perform quality inspections and document production results Utilize hand and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing tasks Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals while ensuring product quality and accuracy Contribute to continuous improvement and team success Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
