Schedule: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

Job Duties

• Operate shop equipment, tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, or work orders
• Inspect finished work pieces for quality, dimensions, and conformity to specifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior shop experience.
• Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
• Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.
• Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Assembler.
• Prior aerospace industry experience.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to pounds; Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
