Schedule: 6:00AM - 3:00pm Monday - Friday Weekends and OT Possible

Job Duties



  • Accountable for providing a safe environment & ensuring employees work safe
  • To maintain a clean work environment
  • To Machine all part in proper order To be able to set up all machine in work area
  • Manage aggressive workloads
  • To be able to troubleshoot problems and to be able help other with machining problems
  • To have full understanding of threads
  • To be able to make mass edits to programs
  • To be able to run multiple machines
  • To be able to write complex programs at the machine without supervision
  • Able to help other to reach production outlooks
  • To start and observes operations of the machine to detect malfunction
  • Follow schedule work flow through the shop Identify inefficiencies in all manufacturing processes
  • To be able to fill out set-up sheets To start and observe operations of the machine to detect malfunctions.
  • To follow all Quality and safety policies Other duties as assigned



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical school, machining certificate, or CNC programming education preferred.



Experience Requirements



  • Experience operating, setting up, or programming CNC machine tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
  • Understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds, speeds, and material properties.
  • Strong attention to detail, mathematical ability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Mill experience, horizontal and vertical (4 axis).
  • Familiar with Mastercam
  • Has tools, measuring and hand tools
  • Understanding of SFM and IPT, (ability to know how to adjust tools for optimum performance).
  • Understanding of GD&T
  • Basic Computer Skills



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience with CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, or multi-axis equipment is preferred.
  • Experience editing CNC programs, setting tooling offsets, and performing machine setups is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with G-code, CAD/CAM software, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, or similar CNC controls is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, continuous learning, and commitment to precision manufacturing are well positioned for success as a CNC Machinist.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around machining equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, tooling, and components weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate CNC machinery and precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
