What You Can Expect At ENGIE, we are accelerating the shift to clean, reliable energy across North America. We need leaders who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes while keeping our renewable and flexible power operations on track. As the Director of Reliability and Regulatory Compliance, you will lead ENGIE North America's enterprise compliance program across generation, renewable energy, battery energy storage, transmission, and other applicable power operations in the United States and Canada. You will establish the governance, controls, and regulatory strategies that help ENGIE maintain reliable operations and meet requirements across NERC, FERC, Regional Entities, ISO/RTO markets, utility commissions, and other regulatory jurisdictions. In this highly visible leadership role, you will guide regulatory submissions, registrations, audits, commissioning readiness, evidence management, corrective actions, and the implementation of new or emerging requirements. You will work closely with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, Development, Delivery, Cybersecurity, Legal, Commercial Operations, and other functions to resolve compliance risks and clarify ownership. You will also lead and develop the Regulatory Compliance team while serving as the final internal Regulatory Compliance approver for material matters within your delegated authority. What You'll Do

Compensation Salary Range: $155,200 - $237,935 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
