This is an unparalleled opportunity to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure timely execution, making a tangible difference in every project you touch.

About the Role

We are searching for a seasoned professional to establish and lead the project management "war room" during peak campaign periods. In this essential role, you will orchestrate the end-to-end creative and delivery workflows across diverse client projects and initiatives. Your mission will be to maintain impeccable schedule accuracy, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, and guarantee that all deliverables are completed on time, every time. You will be the central point of control, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily standups and check-ins, fostering collaboration with creative and delivery teams to review status, pinpoint risks, and address any schedule deviations promptly.
  • Drive workflow and schedule execution, meticulously tracking and enforcing completion dates for every stage of the creative and delivery process within Adobe Workfront.
  • Oversee all aspects of direct mail and production tracking, including print and lettershop schedules, proofing approvals, in-home dates, and strict quality control protocols.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for project status and risks across all initiatives, escalating critical blocking issues to senior leadership to prevent missed deadlines.
  • Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer by documenting date-tracking, escalation processes, and workflows, creating essential playbooks for internal teams to ensure ongoing success.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing complex creative production schedules, including expertise in direct mail print/lettershop schedules and direct response campaigns.
  • Demonstrated technical mastery with Adobe Workfront, specifically in managing client schedules, task dependencies, and date management.
  • A strong leadership track record, including successfully running agile daily standups and managing cross-functional risks across strategy, creative, and production teams.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up and integrate into a fast-paced environment, ready to hit the ground running.
