Aquent is partnering with a major Healthcare company to find a Credentialing Coordinator for a 3-month temporary opportunity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support critical network operations, drive provider data integrity, and ensure compliance across key regulatory bodies within a leading healthcare environment.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position)


Key Responsibilities



  • Verify clinician credentials, education, and licensure applications/renewals in compliance with business, state, and federal guidelines
  • Execute network activation projects and operations to maintain department-wide compliance and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and accrediting body standards, including NCQA, URAC, Medicare, Medicaid, and delegation agreements
  • Maintain accurate data tracking systems to facilitate provider data integrity across organizational units
  • Prepare and present education and training materials on network activation policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, manage stakeholder inquiries, and deliver flexible administrative support across the department


Requirements & Qualifications



  • 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a network activation, credentialing, or licensing role
  • Proven ability to independently verify provider licensure and education credentials
  • Extensive hands-on experience completing and submitting complex regulatory and credentialing applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications



  • Local candidates near Farmers Branch/Dallas, TX able to commute onsite for hybrid/onsite work
  • NAMSS Certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) (or earned within 2 years of eligibility)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides)


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.38-$18.20/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
