About the Role

In this vital Project Manager role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and overseeing non-IT based projects, focusing on the operational and fulfillment support within our client's supply chain. Your expertise will ensure that deployments into data centers are executed flawlessly, supporting the expansive needs of cloud infrastructure. This position offers a chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives, driving efficiency and success across critical projects.

Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate complex projects, developing detailed plans to achieve strategic goals and integrating technical activities seamlessly.
  • Present and articulate project proposals, comprehensive reports, and key findings to stakeholders and internal clients.
  • Facilitate the coordination of project resources, ensuring optimal team performance and development within project scope.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of technology, resource requirements, and market demands to effectively plan and assess project feasibility.
  • Support project execution, coordinating with various teams to maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to light reporting, providing essential insights into project progress and performance.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Demonstrated experience within the tech industry.
  • Proficiency in project coordination, planning, and execution.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Familiarity with standard computer software including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to solve problems, pay attention to detail, and foster positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Preferred Qualifications



  • PMI or PMP certification.
