Our client, a fast-growing national e-commerce retailer, is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team onsite in Dayton, OH. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong early career and campus pipelines, run a high-volume recruiting process, and make sure every candidate has a great experience from first contact through their first day. What You'll Do



  • Execute recruiting and pipelining plans for campus and early career hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify the right talent, and make sure hiring goals are met
  • Deliver a standout candidate experience at every step of the process
  • Manage a steady, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
  • Build candidate pipelines based on market needs and business strategy
  • Track goals, metrics, and hiring cycle performance, and share regular status updates and results
  • Recommend and roll out improvements to the recruiting process
  • Check in with new hires to make sure a great candidate experience carries into their onboarding
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Take on other related duties as needed


What You'll Need



  • Hands-on experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing agency partners
  • Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A track record of taking initiative and building strong working relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities on your own and re-prioritize quickly
  • A strong sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Comfort with current recruiting technology and tools


Nice to Have



  • Prior campus, university relations, or early career recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in retail, e-commerce, or high-volume environments
