Why This Opportunity Is Unique

  • Direct partnership with the Southeast Wisconsin Market President and market leadership team.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as business needs change.
  • Sound independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs, take ownership, and follow through with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
