Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

    Optimizing workflows
  • Maintaining and coordinating the team's master calendar
  • Planning, scheduling, and leading team meetings
  • Collecting, consolidating, and formatting monthly status reports for customer review
  • Managing and reporting financial metrics, including historical expenditures, current burn rates, and future funding projections
  • Monitoring funding balances and provide timely notifications when funds approach depletion
  • Serving as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external data calls
  • Developing and maintaining team capability materials, including marketing content and briefing documents
  • Publishing travel projections and tracking documentation
  • Supporting pretravel preparations, such as coordinating travel requests, along with work-flow progress
  • Supporting posttravel activities, including completion of expense reports and afteraction documentation
  • Providing remote support to traveling team members as needed
  • Designing, building, and maintaining an effective, user-friendly team SharePoint site

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of financial and accounting experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Active or able to obtain DoD Secret clearance


Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated experience developing, managing, and reporting budgets
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and subcontractors
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Web Development
  • Active DoD Secret clearance


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
