This is a remote, home-based role open to candidates anywhere in the United States. xMatters' cloud-native Digital Operations solution helps businesses automate responses to critical IT incidents. It supports on-call management, two-way communications across push, voice, email and SMS, incident triage, and remediation workflows. With more than a decade of experience in rapid communications, xMatters serves more than 1,000 leading global organizations. Its customers use the platform to help keep operations running during IT failures, product recalls, natural disasters, service outages, medical emergencies, supply-chain disruptions and other critical events. xMatters is part of Everbridge, a global organization with offices around the world. Position overview We're looking for a Solutions Consultant with experience in software consulting and professional services who enjoys working collaboratively and helping customers succeed. In this role, you'll deliver consulting services that support the deployment and adoption of xMatters software. Our engagements combine hands-on technical implementation with strategic consulting. You'll help customers identify their needs, connect business goals to product capabilities, and realize value from their xMatters solutions. The right candidate brings technical aptitude, business acumen, and strong organizational and operational skills-and can work independently with clients to complete projects on time. What you'll do:

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $94,000 - $130,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
