ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Complete all aspects of the installation:
* Complete status (service) reports, expense reports every week, and technical documentation as needed. * Maintain excellent customer relations and follow through on customer issues. * Maintain excellent coworker and manager relations. * Complete other required internal paperwork (Urgent Parts Requests, Parts Removal Requests, Purchase Requisitions, etc.) * Regular travel. * Provide feedback to the manager on any machine and customer issues that require further action. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the corporate environmental, health and safety program. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Area and Regional Service Managers SUBORDINATE STAFF: None KNOWLEDGE: This position requires technical and working knowledge of: * Mechanical systems * Electrical systems * Hydraulics SKILLS: * Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope. * Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Excellent relational skills (with customers, coworkers (senior and junior), and management).
