FTE 1Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80Work Shift All Shifts: 8 hoursJob Description The Process Improvement Advisor is a key resource in driving process improvement efforts and developing and implementing a Lean Management System throughout the organization. This position will be responsible for teaching and coaching leaders and front-line staff in the application of Lean, Lean leader behaviors, and other improvement principles, as a business strategy to solve problems and improve operations. This could take the form of assisting in coordinating and overseeing Enterprise Value Stream Analysis and Rapid Process Improvement Workshops or Kaizen Events; working with one or more unit-based leadership teams including clinical and ancillary departments.
