Job Description

Summary of Position: NRECA's Business and Technology Strategies (BTS) department provides actionable guidance regarding opportunities and challenges facing our industry to support co-op decision-making, solutions application, resiliency, and affordable and reliable electrical power. We engage directly with internal and external stakeholders and represent our members' needs in key industry forums to help ensure the continued success of America's electric cooperatives and to showcase their value to consumer-members, the U.S. economy, and the national grid. NRECA members rely on BTS for insights and recommendations on current and future trends affecting operations, technology planning, consumer expectations, and policy. The BTS Innovation and Emerging Technology team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Energy Industry Data to analyze energy industry trends, develop forecasts, and create impactful analytical products that support decision-making across NRECA and its membership. Working independently and with subject matter experts, you'll turn complex data into actionable insights that make a difference. This position is eligible for NRECA's hybrid schedule which allows flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per/week. Key Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $106,000 - $130,000 Final Compensation determined by individual qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
