KPMG is currently seeking a Director, ECC Technology to lead Enterprise Contracting Center Data Governance/AI.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the AMD and ECC leadership to conceptualize, build, and execute a cutting-edge AI strategy and roadmap for the contracting organization; evaluate emerging AI tools, machine learning capabilities, and automated contracting technologies, driving pilot initiatives and enterprise adoption to keep the ECC at the forefront of digital innovation
  • Architect and execute the CLMS data governance framework and data quality strategy; direct the operational performance of the offshore KET team, establishing strict data quality standards, backlog acceptability thresholds (percentages), error reconciliation protocols, and validation controls to guarantee contract data accuracy and integrity
  • Direct the data analytics and reporting team, defining the operational, executive, and regulatory reporting strategy for the ECC; determine required data points and business metrics, architect automated dashboards, and deliver actionable data insights to support leadership decision-making
  • Serve as senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor on data governance and AI technologies, collaborating closely with practice leaders, OGC, Risk, and internal IT to align data taxonomies, ensure responsible AI compliance, and integrate data flows across enterprise systems
  • Provide active coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with staff to advance their career development; manage and review team members' work product; contribute to planning for short-term needs (projects and processes) and construct annual plans for the deployment of those resources; have people management responsibility for a team of professionals
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years (with a minimum five years in a leadership capacity), of recent progressive experience in contracting technology management, business transformation, or program delivery, preferably within a Big 4 or major professional services firm
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and experience overseeing operational teams (such as offshore delivery teams/KET) with SLA and backlog metrics
  • Demonstrated practical experience utilizing AI tools, evaluating emerging technologies, and contributing to AI adoption and innovation initiatives across business workflows
  • Experience overseeing reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development to track operational performance (Contract Lifecycle Management / CLM platforms preferred)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate data/AI concepts to business leaders and lead diverse teams
