We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning for adults living with serious mental illness and often co-occurring substance issuses.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, primary care providers, and community partners to coordinate care.
  • Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
