All about the role:

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, Cavity Fabrication for the 2nd shift, you will provide leadership and direction to an assigned team within the manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Leader is responsible for driving daily continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing team processes, and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering employee engagement and development.

You will lead and support the team to ensure that Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery objectives are consistently achieved. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing team members through effective coaching, performance feedback, and the utilization of skills matrices to build capability, strengthen performance, and support career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and engineering drawings, with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading and participating in root cause analysis initiatives; prior experience in material flow, welding, enamel, stamping, or robotics environments is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of ERP, time and attendance, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
