M&A Project Coordinator The Opportunity: The M&A Project Coordinator supports the Corporate Development team by helping establish the internal infrastructure, workflows, and readiness activities for successful transaction execution. This role is ideal for someone detailoriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how Corporate Development processes work behind the scenes.In this role, you will support Corporate Development team through structuring and administering Microsoft Project Teams sites supporting M&A deals, reading in deal team members, working with project managers to manage task authorizations, and supporting project planning. You'll support the advancement of corporate knowledge through the continued buildout of diligence templates, integration playbook, and associated artifacts. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
