Job Title: Global Business Process Owner - Sales & Service (Aftermarket)Reporting To: Director, Global Business Process OwnerWork Schedule: Onsite - Buffalo, NYWe are seeking a Global Business Process Owner for Sales & Service (Aftermarket) to support our Business Modernization Program! Moog is undertaking a major ERP transformation, referred to as the Business Modernization Program (BMP), that spans multiple functional areas across our global enterprise. As a company of more than 14,000 employees operating in 24 countries, Moog is known for its culture of trust, innovation, and technical excellence. As the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) for Aftermarket Services, you will be accountable for defining, governing, and sustaining global aftermarket business processes throughout the ERP transformation lifecycle and beyond. You will serve as the business authority for processes including repair and overhaul, warranty, returns, service contracts, spare parts management, and field service operations. You will ensure that future-state processes are standardized, scalable, and aligned with business strategy while leveraging ERP capabilities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and compliance. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional experts, you will drive process design, decision-making, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. *You will work an onsite schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in East Aurora, NY. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
