Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator I to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule fire alarm inspections, service calls, and technician appointments.
  • Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules and priorities.
  • Answer and coordinate incoming customer service calls and requests.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service needs, and updates.
  • File and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with technicians, service management, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
  • Monitor open service calls and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with emergency and priority service requests.
  • Perform various administrative and operational duties necessary to support the Service and Inspection departments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ Years' experience as a Dispatcher
  • Previous experience in a service, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with field technicians, customers, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with scheduling, documentation, and inspection reports.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling time-sensitive and emergency service requests.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use CRM, scheduling, and service management software.
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize workload, and make decisions independently when necessary.
  • Previous experience in the fire alarm, life safety, security, construction, or related service industry is preferred but not required.


The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00-$26.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
