Position Title: Maintenance Wage: $30.61-$33.89/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Maintenance role for a company in Green Bay, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Maintenance Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Troubleshoot breakdowns and diagnose causes of mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical system problems on production equipment and execute most feasible method of repair - Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems - Operate trucks, overhead cranes, and aerial platforms - Use computerized work order system and any training required to learn the system Maintenance Requirements: - Good mechanical ability and manual dexterity - Able to read and comprehend schematics and blueprints - Familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers - Familiar with Industrial HVAC Systems - Familiar with automated assembly lines and systems related to them - Proficient in diagnosing mechanical problems, dismantling mechanical equipment, securing correct parts, repairing and reassembling mechanical equipment including pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes - Ability to weld preferred but not required Benefits: - Competitive health, dental, vision and 401k benefits, including match, paid holidays and vacation IND999 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
