The VP-Growth provides strategic leadership for the organization's sales and growth functions, driving profitable census, revenue, and market share growth across Health Center and Senior Housing service lines. The VP develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies, establishes performance expectations, and leads sales leadership to deliver consistent results across regions and markets. This role partners with operational and functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen sales processes, optimize performance, and evaluates organizational needs and advocates for changes necessary to support continued growth. The VP communicates sales performance, market insights, strategic opportunities, and recommended changes to senior leadership, translating complex business needs into clear strategies and actions.

• Leads the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies that drive profitable census, revenue, occupancy, and market share growth across Health Center and Senior Housing service lines.
• Directs sales leadership across regions and service lines, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and accountability for achieving organizational growth objectives, in partnership with operations leaders.
• Guides strategic decision making, focus, and accountability to ensure ongoing growth.
• Advises senior leadership on sales performance, market dynamics, growth opportunities, organizational barriers, and emerging business needs, providing recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Provides strategic input into budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning by leveraging sales performance, competitive intelligence, market opportunities, and growth priorities.
• Establishes sales performance standards, metrics, reporting, and accountability mechanisms that provide visibility into pipeline activity, conversion, census, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Develops comprehensive sales plans and annual growth initiatives that address organizational priorities, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and underperforming locations.
• Oversees campus based growth plans, targets, and initiatives that maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Identifies and advocates for organizational, structural, process, and resource changes needed to remove barriers, improve sales effectiveness, and support continued sustainable growth.
• Partners with Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other functional leaders to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and champions cross-functional initiatives and changes necessary to achieve growth objectives.
• Oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, technology, and reporting to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency across the organization.
• Monitors organizational and regional sales performance and directs corrective strategies and focused interventions when results fall below established expectations.
• Establishes expectations for recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management of sales professionals and leaders to build and maintain high-performing teams.
• Guides the development of strategic relationships across core Trilogy cluster markets and referral groups.
• Leads enterprise sales training and culture strategies that strengthen sales capabilities, reinforce organizational standards, and support consistent execution and performance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 12-15 years of experience
