This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Receive raw materials and verify incoming shipments for accuracy. Pick, pack, process, and ship customer orders according to company standards. Prepare shipping labels, freight documentation, and related paperwork. Load, unload, move, and stage materials using a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Organize shipping and receiving areas to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Provide shipping quotes and assist with inventory and order tracking activities. Support production operations by loading and unloading parts when needed. Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and warehouse procedures. Perform additional warehouse, logistics, and material handling duties as assigned. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Ability to complete shipping documents, receiving paperwork, and inventory records accurately. Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems preferred. Valid forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience required. Experience Requirements Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory control experience preferred. Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required. Knowledge of order fulfillment, packaging, shipping labels, and freight processing. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to safely handle materials and maintain inventory accuracy. Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., with occasional heavier lifting as needed. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment. Must have strong manual dexterity and attention to safety procedures.
