Pay: $37.94+ per hour

We are seeking a Temporary Production Supervisor to lead hourly production and logistics teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support hourly production employees to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Coach team members on standardized work processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production performance and drive operational excellence through proactive problem-solving.
• Build positive working relationships with employees, labor representatives, and management.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, material planning, or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience working in a union environment is a plus.
