This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a metrics-driven agency environment, understands direct-hire recruiting, and enjoys both business development and recruiting. What You'll Do As a Professional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing a full desk across the Accounting & Finance market. Recruiting Responsibilities Recruit Accounting & Finance professionals including: Staff Accountants Senior Accountants Accounting Managers Controllers Financial Analysts FP&A Professionals Directors of Finance CFOs Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates Build and maintain candidate pipelines Manage the interview and offer process Deliver exceptional candidate experiences Business Development Responsibilities Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities Conduct client intake calls and hiring strategy discussions Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and hiring managers Grow and manage your own book of business Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships Revenue & Production Responsibilities Consistently achieve recruiting and business development KPIs Manage activity metrics and pipeline health Generate direct-hire placement revenue Drive desk growth through both recruiting success and client acquisition What Success Looks Like Successful recruiters in this role typically demonstrate: Strong business development activity Consistent candidate generation and pipeline development Direct-hire placement success Revenue production and account growth Consultative client relationship management Ownership mentality and accountability Example KPI Expectations Candidate interviews and screenings each week Candidate submissions and presentations Client send-outs and interviews Daily business development and marketing activity Revenue and placement goals Results matter, and our highest-performing recruiters consistently balance recruiting excellence with business development activity. What We're Looking For Required Experience Agency staffing or recruiting experience Full-cycle recruiting experience Business development or client-facing experience Experience working in a metrics-driven environment Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously Strong sourcing and networking skills Preferred Experience Accounting & Finance recruiting experience Direct-hire recruiting experience Full-desk or 360 recruiting experience Demonstrated revenue or billing production Experience developing new client relationships Ideal Candidate Profile We're particularly interested in recruiters who: Have previously worked a true 360 desk Have responsibility for both recruiting and business development Understand direct-hire fee generation and revenue production Have experience generating $250K+ annually in direct-hire revenue Thrive in competitive, performance-driven environments Want to build a long-term recruiting career Compensation Base Salary + Uncapped Incentive Plan In addition to a competitive base salary, recruiters participate in an uncapped commission structure tied to direct-hire placement fee collections + milestone bonuses.
