The Opportunity Bring your high-voltage expertise to a role where every assignment presents a new opportunity to solve, lead, and make an impact. As a High Voltage Field Service Engineer with Hitachi Energy, you'll perform complex field service assignments supporting High Voltage Circuit Breakers and other High Voltage equipment up to 800kV. From installation and commissioning to troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, overhauls, and repairs, you'll use your technical expertise to solve challenging electrical and mechanical problems and help customers keep critical equipment operating safely and reliably. You'll have the autonomy to assess unusual field conditions, determine corrective actions with minimal guidance, and anticipate customer needs. You'll also lead assigned field service projects, analyze test results, and provide technical direction in the assembly and operation of specialized test equipment.
