Note: This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in New York, NY.

Our Media Client seeking a versatile Coordinator to join our Talent Relations Team. This role will work to support our team across guest appearances and sourcing opportunities for talent to appear on the network. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, culture & podcasts.

What You'll Do




  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar of upcoming cultural, music, and sports moments, including film and TV releases, music releases, book launches, sporting events, award shows, and other key tentpoles.



  • Support onsite guest appearances in the New York office, including arrivals, green rooms, production details, and other guest needs.



  • Work closely with the Talent Relations team supporting guest booking and new show launches.



  • Maintain department documents, slate decks, and databases with show teams for performance review check-ins.



  • Research and generate talent lists for podcasts, live programming, new show launches, and other special projects.



  • Liaise between the Talent Relations team and legal department to maintain clear communication and manage record keeping.



  • Establish workflow and consistent check-ins with show teams.



  • Work collaboratively with show teams, producers, podcast managers, and high-profile hosts/assistants.




Who You Are




  • 1 to 5 years of experience in media, entertainment, sports, or as a desk/team assistant.



  • Passionate about culture, film & TV, sports, music, and podcasts.



  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



  • Effective communicator who can collaborate well across diverse show teams.



  • Proactive, action-oriented, and comfortable interacting with high-profile talent.



  • Willingness to be onsite for tapings at the New York office.



  • Strong familiarity with the pop culture scene and sports industry.




The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.00 to $38.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
