About the Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role where you will lead the creative charge for global sports partnerships, crafting innovative ideas, immersive experiences, and fan-centric moments that bring the Snapdragon brand to life. Working closely with the Creative Director, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in translating world-class collaborations into compelling work that genuinely captivates audiences. We are looking for a highly conceptual and strategic thinker, someone who can elevate existing concepts or forge entirely new paths, consistently finding fresh and impactful ways for our client's products to stand out in culture.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the creative development and ideation process, generating memorable and unexpected ways to activate global sports partnerships for the Snapdragon brand.
  • Infuse every stage of development with fresh creative thinking and a keen awareness of cultural trends.
  • Challenge the status quo, pushing teams to explore new directions and deliver stronger, more innovative creative solutions.
  • Strategically expand ideas, making them more relevant and exciting for fans across diverse platforms.
  • Help design and implement dynamic experiences, events, content programs, hospitality concepts, and social extensions that evolve partnership platforms beyond traditional sponsorship.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with agencies, rights holders, internal teams, and experience partners to build captivating fan experiences, brand moments, and activation programs.
  • Develop compelling presentations, concept boards, and creative materials that effectively communicate and bring ideas to life for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize storytelling, experience design, and visual thinking to articulate and sell creative visions.
  • Maintain a deep connection to the pulse of sports, entertainment, culture, technology, and emerging trends to inspire groundbreaking ideas and opportunities.
  • Bring an authentic, culturally fluent perspective to how the Snapdragon brand engages in partnership moments.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director, providing creative direction and contributing to partnership strategy.
  • Collaborate extensively with strategists, marketers, agencies, designers, producers, and partners throughout the entire creative process.
  • Oversee ideas from initial concept through final production, working across creative and production teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful work.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in advertising, experiential marketing, brand experience, partnerships, or integrated campaigns.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, original ideas, and standout creative work.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ideas from initial concept through to final production, collaborating effectively across creative and production teams.
  • Expertise in bringing ideas to life through compelling storytelling, innovative experience design, impactful presentations, creative development, and visual thinking.
  • Comfort and proficiency in navigating between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on creative problem-solving.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of successfully working alongside strategists, marketers, agencies, designers, producers, and various partners.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or sponsorship-driven brands.
  • Significant experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, entertainment, experiential campaigns, or partnership-driven creative development (strongly preferred).
