This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your analytical prowess to drive strategic growth for products that touch millions worldwide.

About the Opportunity

We are searching for a passionate and skilled Intelligence Developer with a strong focus on paid media to become a cornerstone of our client's analytics and information design team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the trusted data foundation that empowers strategic decision-making across all paid media initiatives. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights, designing and delivering intuitive dashboards that directly inform marketing spend and performance. This is your chance to shine, combining technical depth with creative problem-solving to drive tangible business outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Champion the integrity and reliability of certified data sources by maintaining and evolving Tableau Prep flows, enriching data with new fields and joins, standardizing dimensions, and ensuring a robust semantic layer for analysts.
  • Design, develop, and continuously refine compelling Tableau dashboards for various business stakeholders, adhering to established visual and development standards throughout fixed beta cycles.
  • Investigate and pinpoint the root causes of data accuracy discrepancies, actively participating in regular data quality assurance cycles and quarterly reporting efforts.
  • Lead the monthly reconciliation process for affiliate commissions related to digital content programs, utilizing platforms like Partnerize, and provide essential support for annual purchase order setups.
  • Proactively identify and document data anomalies, routing issues to the appropriate platform teams for resolution while providing insights into potential root causes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of team infrastructure, including developing data-connector alerts, documenting data-sharing protocols, and building lightweight automation solutions using Python and SQL.
  • Actively participate in agile workflows, including sprint planning, weekly work-in-progress reviews, and peer feedback sessions, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in marketing analytics, media reporting, or business intelligence development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, encompassing data modeling, publishing data sources, Tableau Prep, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, performance tuning, and exceptional dashboard design skills.
  • A compelling portfolio of live, interactive Tableau dashboards that showcase your expertise and design philosophy.
  • Strong command of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost metrics across diverse paid media channels, including Display, Video, Social, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Affiliate marketing.
  • Comfort and experience utilizing AI tools to enhance daily analytics workflows.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Proficiency in Python for automation tasks and advanced data manipulation.

Portfolio Requirement

To be considered for this role, please include one of the following with your application:

  • A direct link to your Tableau Public profile.
  • Links to live, interactive workbooks demonstrating your capabilities.
  • A packaged workbook file (.twbx) that you are able to share.

If your professional work is confidential, we encourage you to publish one workbook to Tableau Public using public or mock data. We are most interested in your thought process behind design and data decisions rather than the specific subject matter.
