Sr. Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to Customer Requests (internal and external customers)
• Order Entry and Data Maintenance (JDE Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal support teams (Sales, Engineering, US manufacturing facilities, oversees facilities, etc.)
• Track Customer Delivery Performance
• Maintain broad knowledge of NTN products, systems, policies & procedures
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvement
• Create a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years business/supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience working for a manufacturing company preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
• Experience with JD Edwards or other MRP system preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Sharepoint.
• Ability to work in team environment.
• Organized, analytical, multi-task oriented, and detail oriented.
