Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Excellent Communication & presentation skills * Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support * Worked on large CRM transformation from discovery to design to go-live. * Worked closely with customer teams on qualifying requirements, working with Dev teams on sprint completions and ensuring QA * Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on Sales/Services domains. * Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services. * Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like o Discovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholders o Requirement Gathering o Gap Fit Analysis * Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365 * D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable) Roles & Responsibilities * Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation * Create functional specifications by interacting with client stakeholders * Able to work in agile delivery model * Conduct CRM approach workshops to the stakeholders Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Ability to collaborate with an onsite-offshore model. * Influence and guiding junior team members TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
