Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
8+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM implementations and support. *
Strong knowledge of Agile PLM architecture, workflows, Java Client, SDK, Web Services, and integrations. *
Experience integrating Agile PLM with ERP systems such as SAP. *
Expertise in configuration, customization, workflow design, and data migration. *
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes. *
Experience leading global teams and interacting with senior business stakeholders. *
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Roles & Responsibilities *
Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Agile PLM solutions. *
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. *
Drive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives across product development, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions. *
Manage Agile PLM modules such as Product Collaboration (PC), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM). *
Lead solution architecture, configuration, customization, and integration activities. *
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, functional, and technical stakeholders. *
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the project team. *
Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions. *
