8+ years of experience in Mainframe application development and support. *
Strong hands-on experience with: o

Stored Procedures (SPs) *
Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability production environments. *
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. *
Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. *
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. *
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities *
Design, develop, maintain, and support mission-critical mainframe applications. *
Perform analysis, coding, testing, implementation, and production support activities. *
Develop and maintain programs using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and Stored Procedures (SPs). *
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. *
Conduct impact analysis for application enhancements, defect fixes, and system changes. *
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. *
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and support activities. *
Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices and standards. *
Support release deployment activities and ensure smooth transition of changes into production. *
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, application design documents, and operational procedures. *
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application reliability, performance, and maintainability. *
