Job Description
Skill: Java Architect Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Java Ecosystem: Deep expertise in core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs. * Architecture Patterns: Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. * Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. * Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders Roles & Responsibilities: * System Design: Design high-level and low-level architectural blueprints for Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security. * Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct design and code reviews. * Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies, build proof-of-concepts, and evaluate their applicability to business goals. * Integration & Migration: Develop strategies to integrate Java systems with external APIs, databases, or legacy systems, as well as cloud migration. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, DevOps, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Salary Range - $120,000-$150,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: 1.
