Technical Analyst Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: *
Requirements gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. *
Technical translation: Convert business needs into clear technical and integration specifications. *
Cross-team coordination: Liaise with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and middleware teams. *
Documentation: Create BRDs, TRDs, design documents, and interface specifications. *
Developer support: Clarify requirements, functional behavior, and mapping details. *
Interface mapping: Support source-to-target mappings, transformations, and data flow definitions. *
Design review: Review technical and integration designs to ensure alignment with requirements. *
Dependency analysis: Document upstream and downstream flows, as well as end-to-end system interactions. *
Agile participation: Contribute to refinement sessions, planning, grooming, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. *
QA/UAT support: Clarify requirements, expected behavior, and integration scenarios. *
Defect triage: Identify whether issues originate from requirements, mappings, development, or external systems. *
Delivery tracking: Monitor dependencies, risks, and timelines across teams. *
Production support: Provide requirement and integration flow clarification during production issues. *
Gap analysis: Identify missing or inconsistent requirements before development begins. Core Skills: *
