This opportunity is based on a Production Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. Unload machines and production equipment as directed. Move, organize, and stage metal parts and materials throughout the facility. Perform general labor and production support duties as assigned. Handle small to medium-sized metal parts used in automotive, agricultural, construction, and industrial applications. Support production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards. Manufacturing or warehouse training is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred. Experience handling metal parts, operating production equipment, or working in an industrial environment is a plus. Strong attendance and reliability required. Ability to work safely in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Must be able to consistently work the assigned 2nd shift schedule. Steel-toe shoes required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to safely load, unload, and handle metal materials and products. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
