Location: San Diego, CA (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: Up to $30.00/hour

Bring your purchasing and supply chain experience to an innovative R&D environment. We're hiring a Senior R&D Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, expense tracking, and critical supply needs while partnering with Procurement, Finance, and research teams.

Job Duties

• 
  

  Coordinate supply requests, purchase orders, software, and service purchases.

  
  
• 
  

  Monitor delivery timelines, resolve routine issues, and communicate supply risks.

  
  
• 
  

  Partner with laboratory and site teams to anticipate future supply needs.

  
  
• 
  

  Coordinate supplier availability, delivery, and service inquiries.

  
  
• 
  

  Partner with Procurement on sourcing, approvals, and supplier concerns.

  
  
• 
  

  Track spending and reconcile invoice discrepancies with Finance.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, and expense documentation.

  
  
• 
  

  Identify purchasing efficiencies and support process improvements.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma/equivalent or associate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  3+ years of supply chain, purchasing, procurement coordination, or vendor management experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong spreadsheet, documentation, organization, and communication skills.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in laboratory, engineering, medical device, or regulated environments preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  CPSM, CSCP, or CPPB certification preferred but not required.
