  • Accurately enter and format content, links, metadata, and page elements based on approved source materials and requirements.
  • Manage high-volume publishing tasks, including content updates, renewals, retirements, urgent requests, and planned initiatives, effectively prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Guide content through established review, approval, staging, and release workflows.
  • Collaborate with content owners, publishing teams, design, and technology partners to facilitate page creation, enhancements, and ongoing site maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough self and peer quality assurance to verify content accuracy, page configuration, links, formatting, metadata, responsive presentation, and compliance with publishing requirements.
  • Apply established digital accessibility requirements and proactively remediate content-level accessibility issues.
  • Document and troubleshoot content or presentation defects, coordinating resolutions with relevant partners.
  • Support release-readiness reviews, launch validation, and post-release verification.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, defect logging, retesting, sign-off readiness, and validation across various browsers, devices, environments, and audience experiences.
  • Maintain QA checklists, test scenarios, defect standards, and validation documentation.
  • Prepare content for publishing or transition, including inventory review, cleanup, mapping, and restructuring.
  • Apply approved metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and content-model requirements.
  • Ensure content completeness, correct categorization, and alignment with approved source materials and governance standards.
  • Identify and coordinate resolution for missing, outdated, or inconsistent content with content owners or delivery partners.
  • Track assigned work, issues, and dependencies through to resolution.
  • Adhere to established content standards, approval processes, and publishing controls.
  • Communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations clearly and promptly.
  • Maintain publishing checklists, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Provide responsive and professional support to business stakeholders and publishing partners.
