Schedule/Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with weekend rotation
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care, including nebulizer treatments, oxygen management, and ventilator management. This role supports adult or pediatric patients based on the assigned unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer nebulizer treatments.
• Manage oxygen therapy and monitor patient response.
• Perform ventilator management and monitor respiratory status.
• Provide respiratory care appropriate to the assigned patient population.

Job Requirements

• Experience in an intensive care unit (ICU), neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), or pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) preferred.
• For adult positions: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required.
• For pediatric positions: ACLS, BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.

Additional Job Details

• Work a 13-week assignment with weekend rotation.
• No on-call requirement.
• Wear olive green scrub tops and black scrub bottoms.
