Location Requirement: Primarily Miami, FL (hybrid). Optimal candidates situated in Atlanta, GA, or Dallas, TX. Must be willing to work onsite/hybrid schedule 3-days per week in ATL, Dallas or Miami. Unable to accept remote or hybrid from other areas. (Only one of these 3-areas) Current Status: Interviewing ASAP!!! Employment Type: Initial Contract with Prospect of Permanent Employment (Contract To Hire) Compensation: Contract Rate: $30-88/hr w2, Annual salary between $60K - $80K (upon conversion If a mutual fit, budget approval etc.) Role Summary: An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Support Specialist within our People Operations team, supporting the Talent Management function. This role is integral to enhancing our recruitment backend processes, including coordination of interview schedules and management of recruitment data. We are looking for a highly organized individual who thrives in a high-volume environment and possesses a solid background in a corporate, non-agency setting. The ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial. Key Duties:
