A little about this position:* Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems Handles general building maintenance work orders as required Requirements: Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience. Construction and service experience required. Professional certifications preferred. Must have working knowledge of building systems including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and overall physical plant. Extensive knowledge of the California Plumbing Code. Strong communications - interpersonal skills / customer relations. Available to work evenings and weekends as required at times. Ability to operate company vehicles and machinery - Must have a valid CA driver's license Hourly pay rate: $34.38 to $39.03
