Position Title:	Clerical General Level I (Student Position)
Location:	Big Rapids, MI
Department:	Student Financial Services
Advertised Salary:	$12.48
Summary of Position:	This position is office based and customer service oriented, as well as staff-support focused to maintain basic tasks and procedures for the office.
Position Requirements:	Good communication skills, customer oriented, previous office experience preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office and a minimum of 2.5 GPA. Must be available during the summer.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:	Duties include answering phones, data entry, filing, typing, photocopying, and customer service. Other duties may include assisting staff with various projects and tasks as needed.
